disambiguation?

A lie is a type of deception in the form of an untruthful statement, especially with the intention to deceive others, often with the further intention to maintain’s a secret or reputation, protect someone’s feelings or to avoid punishment.

Why some people managed to tell a lie - like italians? Is this a culture?
At the back of their head, they are smiling or laughing out loud because somebody might seemed to believe on them. Is this  because, they knew for themselves that they are much higher in terms of education (talent - Michelangelo, Rafaello, etc), race (Roman as to say which includes wealth) and spiritually motivated.

Spiritually motivated? Because the biggest basilica (St. Peter, Vatican City) is found on their territory? Because their country has many churches compared to others? Yet, this does not an excuse for them to that they could tell a lie. Moreover to explain briefly I just want to share a story.

My friend is working in an office. they have s conversation with his boss (italian). His boss told him that he (the boss) hired someone to clean his cubicle so as he come back from vacation he will be inspired to work. Eventually, as he looked down on his table he found his search-tiring pen cap with gossamer. Mmmm… someone to clean?

Most of their children are prone for this lying. But when you call up their attention just like police-caught-criminal situation they would justly say “I;m joking!” Culture? A sort of.

Carlo Collodi’s Pinocchio (I presumed you know the story) was a wooden puppet often led trouble by his propensity to lie. His nose grew with every lie. Hence, long noses have become a caricature of liars.

It’s TRUE, disambiguation.
